To book an appointment for a full eye exam, please fill in the fields below and indicate your preferences. You will get a confirmation e-mail with the exact date and time of your appointment and instructions regarding what you should bring to your appointment. If you have any questions or concerns please call 613-226-8446 and leave a message with your inquiries. Remember to bring any eye glasses and contact lens information you have to your eye exam appointment. Please note that online appointment booking only applies to the Merivale location, all appointments for the Richmond location should be made by phone.
