You can renew your contact lens supply online by filling in the form below. You will get a confirmation e-mail once your order has been received and processed by our staff. To order contact lenses, patients must have had a full eye examination including a contact lens fit or check up within the last 2 years at our clinic. If you are unsure of what information to provide on the form, or have any questions about the contact lens ordering process, please call 613-226-8446 during regular business hours or leave a message on our voicemail with your inquiries. Please note all of our contact lenses come with a supply of contact lens solution unless you are ordering daily disposable lenses.
